1. Overview
KM Active offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all personal training memberships.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of coaching, support, or the training plan, you may request a refund within the first 30 days.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, the client must:

Attend all scheduled sessions during the 30-day period.

Follow the training plan provided by the trainer to the best of their ability.

Notify the trainer of any concerns or issues with the program within the 30-day period (not after).

Communicate any injuries, changes in health, or limitations during the 30 days that may affect training.

Provide honest feedback and allow the trainer reasonable opportunity to adjust the plan.

3. Refund Details

Refunds apply to all sessions paid for within the first 30 days, as payments are weekly.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

Refunds apply only to the current training cycle (the first 30 days from sign-up).

No refunds apply after the 30-day period ends.

4. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if:

Sessions were missed without notice (“no-shows”).

The client cancels or withdraws for reasons unrelated to training, such as schedule changes, loss of motivation, or personal commitments.

The client fails to communicate concerns or issues before the 30-day period ends.

The client repeatedly ignores the training plan or instructions.
-
The client withholds information about injuries or limitations.

5. How to Request a Refund

Reason for dissatisfaction

Confirmation they met the eligibility requirements listed above
