Hi, I'm Kameron Mackellar a qualified Sport & Exercise Scientist with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science. I combine my academic background with real-world coaching experience to deliver thoughtful, individualised training that goes beyond standard personal training.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from complete beginners to returning athletes, from those navigating injuries to people who simply want to feel healthier and more confident. My approach is grounded in biomechanics, exercise physiology, injury-prevention principles, and long-term behaviour change.

I believe training should be clear, structured, and supported by education. My goal is to help you understand your body, improve your movement quality, and build sustainable habits you can carry for life.
